So, I really must be insane. I have started another blog. I had achieved some level of success with my last blog, "The Sweet Life", and eventually pulled it down. Numerous requests for more have prompted me to begin anew. AND, since this is the time of resolutions and new beginnings, there is no better time than the present to begin a literal new chapter in my expressionary career.
"My Sweet Insanity" is a diary of my journey of discovery as I navigate my way through life's sweet and bittersweet discoveries and adventures as well as my own personal journey down the path of following my love for sweets. I have recently begun a hobby business, aptly named, "Sweet Insanity Creations" mostly because I would be crazy to think I could ever find the time to make and/or sell confections such as cupcakes and cake pops. Every day, I research new decadent creations that will spoil the tastebuds and make people say, "I really shouldn't.....but OK!" Indulgent little cakes and cupcakes, pastries and cake pops make people smile.....and isn't that what life should really be about, anyway? Making people smile.
It is with this goal in mind - to make people smile - that I begin this blog. We all want to live life one sweet bite at a time and since I have a love to both live and eat as sweetly as possible, I have chosen a blog and a hobby business that focuses on everyone's sweet and crazy tendencies. How fun is that??
Each week, I hope to talk about life in a way that you all might relate. I will also showcase some of my confection creations and even share an idea or two for you to try at home....whether you are baking up something in your kitchen or cooking up something in the "kitchen of life", here is the place for us to chat. I am not sure how often I will post as my life is crazy busy but I hope to blog at least a handful of times each week. So hang on and journey down this road with me.
